Founded in 2002 by Grayce Young and Sara Bumby, First Impact New York is a mother-daughter collaboration. Born out of a mutual passion for the skin care industry, Grayce and Sara have devoted many years working in various aspects of the skin care industry from retail all the way to the stock room. This duo saw a void in the cosmetic industry for niche products, consulting and production management. Experience, knowledge, innovative ideas, and a passion for cosmetics drove them to found First Impact New York and they have continued to grow the company to be what it is today.

Our expertise lies in the "how-to" of the beauty industry - product concept, product development, production, as well as International Documentation (compliance and regulatory documents).
