Grayce has a long history with skincare. Early in life, Grayce’s Italian grandmother taught her the benefits of natural remedies like olive oil, rosemary, strawberries, and even rain water to heal skin problems ranging from dryness to dullness, and beyond. Grayce’s curiosity and appreciation for effective and natural skincare remedies have been integrated into her long career in the beauty industry, where over the years she has been fortunate enough to work with several prestigious companies and brands.
Her lifelong passion and experience have guided her journey in the industry, which peaked in 2002, when she co-founded First Impact New York, ltd. (“F.I.N.Y.”). While President of F.I.N.Y., Grayce achieved an outstanding track record of success with new business acquisitions.
Prior to co-founding F.I.N.Y., Grayce worked in sales and marketing roles for various celebrated beauty companies, including Beiersdorf (La Prairie), Estee Lauder (Prescriptives), and Shiseido. Grayce also served as Director of Well Being (Skincare) at Sephora, upon their arrival in the United States. Joining forces with Sephora was the ultimate prize for Grayce, as she had the opportunity to work with over 150 different skincare companies from around the world.
Grayce’s key areas of focus are business development, product development, and packaging design. After achieving success for myriad brands during her career in the skincare industry, Grayce appreciated the true importance of making a first impression. Grayce co-founded First Impact New York, with the inspiration that “you never get a second chance to make a first impact.”
Outside of the office, Grayce is involved with various charitable organizations, including “Shades of Sisters,” a support group for single mothers in the military. Grayce also serves on the Board of Directors of Soakology Teahouse & Foot Sanctuary, and was a proud member of the New England Motor Maids.
