We manage the process of production from conception to completion for prestige and masstige beauty brands - developing the marketing concept, packaging, formulas, and overseeing all manufacturing and logistical requirements. Our team carefully plans, implements, and oversees all quality control during the manufacturing process to ensure smooth and efficient production; tracking all packaging component parts, formula batching and most importantly, reviewing the quality of the finished good before it ships.
Our Production Management Services Include:
Production: Logistics experts ensure that all products are delivered on spec, on time, and at a competitive price
Quality Control: QC measures are taken at each stage of production conducted by the labs' internal QC and also by First Impact New York’s own quality control team
Testing: We ensure and oversee each formula's full Stability and compatibility testing. We perform Micro Analysis testing on every batch.
Claims / OTC: We guide you through the testing process should you choose to make any Clinical Claims, or are developing a product with SPF ingredient claims.
Manufacturing Facilities: We have relationships with some of the top independent laboratories and contract manufacturers across the nation. We only work with FDA, OTC Compliant Facilities; several are USDA Organic & Eco-cert approved as well.
