Jessie joined First Impact in 2014, bringing with her extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance in international sales. This experience provided the framework for her proficiency in every facet of cosmetic regulations.
As strict regulations are developed in response to the growing demand of consumers and brands seeking the safest and most effective ingredients, Jessie works diligently to be sure that her team is up to date on these ever-changing regulations. Countries are amending current legislation to thoroughly assess the safety of cosmetic product ingredients and evaluate marketing claims to ensure truthfulness and transparency. Jessie Tobin directs the regulatory affairs team, to ensure compliance to regulations of cosmetics in both foreign and domestic governments.
Jessie Tobin studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Maine. Jessie is an automotive enthusiast, and has competed in circle track racing and car shows in Maine for years.
